新增一个决议，当自己拥有殖民属国时显示，可以收回殖民属国拥有的，超出其殖民区域的已殖民地块。 又新增一个决议，当自己拥有非殖民属国时显示，可以收回非殖民属国拥有的，非首都所在大区的已殖民地块。 现在ai不会点这两个决议了，感谢留言反馈，我不小心手滑把留言删了... 属国新增一个影响行动按钮，用来单独收回某一属国的省份。现在收回首都区域外省份要求必须是属国的核心省份。
