Development Expandedの日本語化MODMODです。 Development Expandedと一緒に使用してください。 言語ファイルのみですのでこのMODだけでは何の変更もありません。 当然ながら日本語化MODも必要になります。 Development Expandedは州の状況に応じて土地の開発度が上下するMODです。 平和だったり、周囲が発展している州は開発度が増加し、 逆に戦争によって荒廃した州の開発度は減少します。 ゲーム開始後に出てくるオプションによって変動具合も調整できます。
