Targeted Crownland Seizing
A simple mod that lets all nations chose to take crownland from a specific estate at a higher loyalty cost. (The nations that could do that originally still do without the increased loyalty drop.) Doubles the loyalty cost to target a specific estate. Might break with mods that add new estates.
