True Random Lucky Nations
Now the "Random" Lucky Nations setting will be truly random rather than favouring more developed countries. You can edit your save file if you want to see which nations have been selected. If a lucky nation if annexed or otherwise ceases to exist the luck is randomly assigned to another AI nation.
