朝贡体系现在是宗主国收取贡品了。朕的钱！ 把维护费加的0.2权威直接加皇帝身上了。原版所谓友好朝贡国给的权威都给不友好的扣光了，现在不计算负好感朝贡国了，大概吧。。 降低了金额，原本是按月收入，现在会乘上一个系数（王室、贵族和市民的权力份额）
