Pin the entire bottom HUD when pinning the favourite map modes. Makes the UI a little more static. It is almost a one line change up to removal of animations, please use in your mod (or base game) so I do not have to. --- Glorp UI (maybe others?) implements a similar "anti-feature" like this mod.
