Adds a new recipe to make fertilizer out of fish at the Food Mill. Allows storage buildings (Barns, Town Center, etc.) to be moved when they have contents, Enables ore prospecting in the late game. (vanilla feature which seems to be disabled by default.) May or may not be balanced. Enjoy.
