Adds the Nepal Womens Leagues 1 and Qualification. The system is a bit fudged as the actual competition has a very confusing structure to build with the Editor, so I apologise. Bottom 5 D1 teams and Top 5 D2 Teams compete in a Pro/Rel Playoff.
