An assist based off The Noid from Yo! Noid! It creates a yo-yo that spins in place a short distance in front of it, hitting up to 10 times. Use it to lock down your opponent! Feel free to tell me about any bug/balance issues. I'm not an expert, so it's possible that I messed something up somewhere.
