A breadboard trick i found that lets fuel engines produce 100% power output at only 1% RPM. In campaign mode, pull your craft out of play to activate it In adventure mode, you can replace the "fuel engine generator" block or just build the engine AFTER placing the breadboard Larger craft load too...
