A fix for Equal-Opportunity Conscripts. Fixes missing textures on male_05 medic, male_09 medic and female_03 bloody rebel. There was a typo in female_03_bloody and the males 05 and 09 have missing face textures (in vanilla HL2 files) for group03m for some reason, so I gave them the group03 faces....
