This is a mod that changes the overwatch voice to Russian. I saw a video about a russian dub of HL2. and found the Overwatch voice to sound perfect for the character. With City 17 taking place in a likely Russian-speaking country, I figured that it would fit if the Overwatch voice spoke russian....
