It's a simple menu that changes the main screen of the base game I had a lot of problems since I don't know what file is uploaded to the workshop so I'm 50% sure it doesn't work so my recommendation is not to download it I just uploaded it for a medal/badge badge if it happens to work they should...

Install the matching loader first, then put the downloaded file in your mods folder and start the game. The loader, the mod and Haydee all have to be on the same version, which is the usual reason a mod does not appear in game.
