注意到新版本中新增了一个免费获得勋章的陆军精神，所以有了这个mod。 启用这个mod后在开始游戏时会自动获得一个自动授勋率+100%的隐藏民族精神，现在你不花费一点PP就可以拿到成吨的勋章。 增加了自动授勋的勋章数上限到9961。 不适用于AI。
