此mod是本人在疫情期间实在无聊制作的一个mod，一切都要从一只蝙蝠说起 本来打算自己做来玩玩就算了，但是后来感觉做的还勉强可以，于是拿出来分享给大家。 此mod是在原版的基础上添加了一些国策，民族精神，事件等，让游戏变得更加合理和更加刺激有趣 本人不喜欢原版那种打仗只能慢慢打的节奏，军队人数不多，发展缓慢，丝毫没有兵败如山倒的感觉，打久了头昏脑胀，属实不爽。 此mod更改的内容有： 更改了一些基础的设定，如最高稳定度、战争支持度、政治点数、陆海空军经验等等。 主要修改和增加了德国、意大利、日本、英国、法国、美国、苏联、中国、印度、匈牙利、波兰和默认国策、民族精神、事件决议，将领、特质等...
