在此向@MrGeneral表示敬意 1.更换国策树后，民族精神依旧保留。但部分内阁会因为不满足国策条件而失效。有些国策是指定国家的效果或事件，有些可以正常运行，有些爆事件也无效。 2.新版的“红军”“皇家陆军”之类的民族精神用的是动态修正的代码，只在原指定国家有效，且效果可以反复叠加。 3.没有北欧理事会的国策，使用北欧国策会闪退 4.同一个国策树可以反复更换，需要先换另一个国策再换回来， 可以走不同的线路。 本人在与朋友联机的时候，玩无国策的小国，频繁更换国策树，力图最省时间换最多效益，如同下棋时找寻每步的最优解。
