What does this mod do? This mod removes the mutually exclusive research and the mutually exclusive branches which allows you to research stuff you normally can't. (e.g. Mass Assault and Blitzkrieg) Can AI use it? AI can technically use it but wont. Yes I know its not balanced and really overpower...
