Quite simply, it just drops a skill orb when you kill a boss. Currently, it drops it right on top of the equipment. Laughably, you'll get two skill orbs when beating the final boss before heading home xD Also, this mod conflicts with Fancy Barbecue's fantastic Blacksmith Tweaks mod, unfortunately...
