I saw someone make a Colombian Boss level in the workshop and I tried searching for more levels with him but didn't find any and decided to just make my own. There's not much story-wise, basically Colombian Boss shoots up a Russian warehouse in the docks and then plays Dead Ahead 2. I'm so sorry...
