Celtic Flavor

Britannic Flavor mod renamed to Celtic Flavor. Instead of making one mod for each culture I'll use this one for all the celtic cultures that I'll be modding. These are the culture groups that have been moddes so far: Pretani Belgae Gallic Pannonian Other celtic groups to be added later.

How do I install Celtic Flavor?
