THIS MOD REQUIRES HAVING INSTALLED THE MOD LOADER FIRST. This mod adds a paralyzer that consumes 1 PWR per use, +1 KO, TAGs the target with no cooldown. This item is only obtainable via Security Dispatch Mission. Credit to sclark39 for the Modloader and giving me a hand with the porting.
