Fixed Fishing Village
The eastern fishing village past Black Scratch is not supposed to be a Deadcat fishing village, it's an Empire village. Having the same name meant that it copied the town data, which it obviously wasn't supposed to since there's a separate listing for an Empire fishing village. I have fixed this...
