One does not simply enter a Holy Nation City (if you are a Southern Hiver)! Also applies to Fogmen but forgot to put that in description for v1 Update: I believe Southern Hivers have their own race group and might should be properly enslaved by HN even with this mod. Not sure if anything changed...
