Adds a new weapon to the game, the serrated katana. Read about it on the stat picture :p Where to find Weapon is found mostle on ninjas and some samurai (top tier samurai only). Can be bought all over, and blueprint is relatively common aswell. Meitou is on "Tongs" at the bar in the hub
