Early Munar Probe
Low tech, cheap, tier-1 facilities scientific munar probe. Intended for a deep fly-by to get a good share of science. If you can't control it going to orbit, change the 6x batteries to 3x and put 3x fins (the cheap initial fins do the work, but if you have better use them).
