KOOSE

Originally planned as the Kerbal Out of Space Economically, the name was changed to Kerbal Orbital Operations Safety Equipment. The pod is a minimal reentry vehicle for a single Kerbal. A small deorbit charge is included as four small SRBs. RCS is available, and can be used to extend the deorbit deltaV if needed. A small radio beacon is included for no extra charge. Use with matching heatshield and parachute unit to maintain warranty.

Frequently asked

What licence is KOOSE under?

MIT, as stated by the author on the platform we synced it from. Check the project's own page before redistributing or bundling it.

How do I install KOOSE?

Install the matching loader first, then put the downloaded file in your mods folder and start the game. The loader, the mod and Kerbal Space Program all have to be on the same version, which is the usual reason a mod does not appear in game.

Where do I download KOOSE safely?

From the author's own page on SpaceDock, which is where the data here is synced from. IndexGG never mirrors, re-hosts or repackages a file: every download button points at the original source, so you get exactly what the author published.

Which Kerbal Space Program versions does KOOSE work on?

The author has not declared a supported version in the metadata we sync, so there is nothing here we can state as fact. Check the project's own page before installing it, and treat an old mod with no declared version as untested on modern Kerbal Space Program.

Last checked 1 mo ago against SpaceDock. We do not host files and we do not republish descriptions; every download link points at the author’s own release.
