1/14/2020: I decide to open this to the public again. Its was one of my earliest mods so it doesn't look that great. The flaming effect can also be a bother. Download if you want to torture yourself. TF2 Medic Skin set, RED and BLU include Flaming Hat effect (See 1st pic for which replaces who)....
