The mutator is based on Marco's Country Tags developed in old 2012. I guess it's not necessary to explain that Marco's mutator is outdated hopelessly. So, just meet the update. Also yeah, no more "???" and wrong country tags due to extended database of IPs and remade algorithm of database search....
