Shleeky - Stable Hydrofoil
The secret is in the wheelie bar on the back to prevent flipping, oh and some roll stability, and forcing some pitch down. When at speed tap 's' or pitch up to get it to come out of the water aka do the hydrofoil thing. Beware this is a proof of concept others can learn from.
