当前版本：V0.6 基于官方英雄集结的再平衡mod，保证后期有大势力可打，同时通过重新分配势力、武将、城池尽可能平衡各个势力并符合历史典故。 一、核心思路： 1、把御三家按照家族、子嗣拆成好几个势力； 2、有顶尖君主和武将的就只有10个左右的现役，没有的就18个左右的现役； 3、超出数量的现役一律弄成在野，优先放到没有顶尖武将的势力城市或空城/汉帝国； 4、零散弱小势力的城池并入汉帝国，但汉帝国和所有势力初始有5年（60月）的同盟，要么玩家手撕同盟要么就5年后才能打这些空城； 5、南方腾出一部分空城。 二、势力安排： 1、汉帝国 在北方有大量的城池，但除了长安外的城池军资及军队严重不足，...
