1.合并势力：当与其他势力君主关系等级大于等于2，且对方势力城池少于等于3时，可在对话时，提案中选择《合并势力》，让对方势力加入我方势力。 2.煽动叛乱：官方事件不支持，玩家可以先下野/历练，到指定势力士官，当上太守，再叛乱成立新势力，挖武将当手下，最后下野历练，把势力交给武将托管。 3.招募武将：当玩家为君主时，与其它势力武将对话时，提案中选择《招募武将》，该武将可直接加入我方势力。
