对女雇佣兵能力和工资进行调整。 更改了女雇佣兵的能力。 侍女：照料3 琴侍女：诲人不倦2 剑侍女：救死扶伤3 美女：照料4 蛮族女战士：自愈3 压寨夫人：诲人不倦4。（大哲不许沾染后宫） 新增了女飞贼可雇佣。 降低了女雇佣兵的稀有度。 女雇佣兵的月薪减半。 区别于“Lisa·雪”大佬的女雇佣兵强化mod，本mod的女雇佣兵战斗数值没做更改，避免打不过敌方雇佣兵单位的尴尬情况。（我才不是打不过雇佣兵才做的这个mod）（新增的女飞贼较其他雇佣兵有增强） 雇佣兵立绘没做改动，仍为原版。 小宅和中宅升级到豪华后可居住人数+1。
