现有兵种与器械价格调整，增加新兵种与对应统领称号。 现在兵种的价格为：创造费=兵种精英度*1000，每个月千人维护费为精英度*100，器械价格略提高。 PS：没考虑平衡，没有剧情。新兵种目前只能随机购买。后续会考虑增加获得兵种的剧情。
