每次开局都要四处买地产，实在有点繁琐。 工坊里其他建筑MOD要么是对NPC城市也生效，让他们暴富。要么就是修改的过于变态(个人感觉)，因此自己做了个觉得稍微比较合理的版本。 普通小宅没变动，避免NPC城市发生变化。二级、三级小宅的住宅容纳人数都是7人，并且舒适度都为最高。差距只在于各项收入不同，所以收入可以自由控制，避免数值过于膨胀。 砖砌小宅：钱收入300/月，商业增长20/月；粮收入2000/季度，农业增长20/月；增加部队上限1；策略点/科技点获得5/月。 豪华小宅：钱收入1000/月，商业增长50/月；粮收入5000/季度，农业增长50/月；增加部队上限2，治安/民心增长2/天；...
