让 NPC 自己长大：每月每名武将有概率成长（概率 = 天赋×年龄×境界），按资质分配三魂点并自动炼魂；六项资质每月各 +1，最多长到「原始资质 +10」（天命 +20）就停。只有已成年（18 岁及以上）的武将受「基准境界+N 级」上限约束，未成年的武将不受限、可随便长，手动培养仍可突破。每档随机 5 位天命之人必定成长，主角自己生的孩子有 10% 机会补入；也可以在游戏目录的 npcgrow_fate_force.txt 里按名字指定天命之人（每行一个名字，下次结算生效）。本 MOD 只提升三魂点与资质，不会改动武将的技能槽和魂槽（技能与魂的搭配完全交给玩家）。老档里被旧版刷高的资质，...
