A tiny tweak for those, who thinks that 3 days tree regrow is too slow. Regrow speed from "empty" and "stump" staes to tree sapling changed to 1 day instead of 3, growth speed from sapling to first cuttable tree step changed to 1 day instead of 3. Nothing else changed.
