长杆戳刺突破格挡/Polearm Block Breaker
长杆武器的戳刺在双方相对速度达到阈值时，无法被非盾牌格挡（格挡判定失败 → 防守方踉跄 → 攻击照常结算）。盾牌格挡不受影响。作用范围可选：仅玩家 / 玩家部队 / 所有单位；阈值、弹反与赤手是否算格挡、是否包含架枪等被动攻击，全部可在 MCM 设置页里调。默认：阈值 7 m/s、玩家部队、弹反算、赤手算。实现方式复用原版「碾压格挡 / crush through」，不改伤害公式。依赖 Bannerlord.Harmony 与 Bannerlord.MBOptionScreen (MCM v5)。已在游戏 v1.4.8 实测：长杆戳刺能突破非盾牌格挡，盾牌仍然挡住。
