架空船只 1991年，苏联在819事件中强行拨乱反正，联盟终于得以存活。1156工程改进型也在计划经济体制下缓慢进行，但由于每况愈下的经济，首舰红色塞瓦斯托波尔号于2004年1月22日才服役，连基本的围护也难以保证。后由于中国对于大型水面舰艇的需求，解放军海军代表团三次到访莫斯科商谈舰艇购买协议，最终与苏联海军达成合作：1156工程改进型首舰塞瓦斯托波尔号更名为汕头号，舷号561，成为中苏友谊舰，停泊与汕头港，汕头与塞瓦斯托波尔也成为友谊城市。2019年，汕头号进入大连某造船厂干船坞进行现代化改造，2022年8月13号结束改造，这次改造对大部分上层建筑进行重新设计以容纳有源相控阵雷达，一...
