AZUMA(吾妻)（if世界线）是东亚海军针对广大的太平洋海权需要设计的一型大型巡洋舰，并在近代化改造中加装了大量防空武器以适应航空战时代的航母护航需要。但是为了高航速需求而牺牲的防护使得该型战舰难以应对主力舰决战级别的高烈度作战，幸运的是，主力舰决战的时代已经随着航空战的到来成为了历史。该舰在东英印度洋战争中有着不错的战绩，但战争也证明了大舰巨炮时代的结束，吾妻级也成为了东亚海军大型巡洋舰的绝唱。
