【架空战舰】原为大清帝国向英国订购的防护巡洋舰，1898年华夏革命发生时，该舰还未完工，1899年竣工后由于英方阻挠，该舰一直未能归国，直到1900年联军与华夏共和国议和后，该舰与姊妹舰海天号才得以成行，因归国心切，两舰归国途中遭遇暴风雨，海天号不幸触礁沉没，海圻号强行冲滩搁浅，后经过修复才正式服役。
