中华苏维埃共和国在米高扬军用飞艇的基础上设计建造的航空飞艇母舰（空天母舰），在三个飞艇框架主体间布置了两层飞行甲板，上层甲板主要用于舰载机着舰，下层为机库以及舰载机起飞甲板，为应对紧急情况，上下两层都配备了舰载机弹射和着舰装置。武备方面，携带了一定数量的副炮和对空火力。该飞艇的设计建造主要论证复合主体重型航空飞艇的建造可能性以及空天母舰的战术运用。该飞艇只建成一艘，执行过数次长距离护航运输船队及极地探险的航空任务
