248型驱逐舰是流浪帝国大战末期设计并建造的舰队驱逐舰该舰在设计之初就有预留了大量的剩余吨位，以便后续升级，改造后的248型驱逐舰有248 C-1P和248 C-2P两种型号，其中的248 C-2P型换装了崭新的127mm速射炮，但相比改装前少了一门主炮，但新型的127mm速射炮投射量虽然只有两门，但是投射量还是超过了原来的型号，并且换装了最新的雷达和火控系统，火炮的命中率大大增加，此型号好换装了最新的320mm反潜迫击炮，配合拖拽声呐可以实现精准反潜，放空火力也由原来的4门76mm高射炮升级为6门，但是大量的改装使得该型驱逐舰的吨位大大增加，超过了改装前设计的预留吨位，这使得该舰有水线...
