说是查尔斯1965版，但是其实以及和之前发布的查尔斯没有任何关系了。整条船就是重新做了一遍，毕竟之前的船体也太不堪入目了，于是我就借用了别人做的米切尔级的船体重置了 在这边感谢一下NA QQ群的@海宝 重置的过程中我发现自动炮是一个很吃吨位的东西，于是就砍掉了一座炮，用米切尔级的76AA来替代了B炮塔，以更符合现实设计，并且安装了1962年列装于美国海军的阿斯洛克反潜导弹发射器，算得上是改为巡逻用了
