【并没有任何现实原型】 因为新苏联和中国海军在新千年开始建造新一代导弹舰船，美国海军也感受到了压力。 此时学院方已经开始将自己绘制的 斯科特-克利夫兰级改进型进行二批次的建造，毕竟新千年共产主义势力的军事扩张也是学院军不得不提防他们。常规来说按照原定建造方案，六十多条的斯科特级导弹驱逐舰也是够武装学院的航母战斗群以及日常巡逻轮换使用了，虽然设计局也有对斯科特级进行进一步优化设计，但总体而言，学院方短时间内是不需要任何补充舰船了。 但是2020年时因为一些事情，华约和北约起了一些外交冲突，全世界都进入的紧张状态。正常情况下来说出现这种事情 中苏就会联合巡航，太平洋的美韩日军也已经见怪不怪了...
