俄里翁级战列舰直接采用了343毫米口径主炮，全长177米，宽26.8米，吃水7.3米，标准排水量22000吨。满载排水量25870吨。俄里翁级拥有10门343毫米的Mark V舰炮，安装在五座双联装炮塔之中，同时也是皇家海军中，第一级将全部炮塔安在中轴线上的战列舰，俄里翁级还拥有16门103毫米的副炮，其中12门被安装在舰体建筑上，另4门安装在甲板上，这几门炮还可以进行对空射击。俄里翁级还安装了三个533毫米鱼雷发射器，可以以35节的速度发射白头鱼雷。
