球磨级轻巡洋舰是20世纪10年代末旧日本海军所建造的第一型五千吨级轻巡洋舰。 首舰球磨号于1918年8月29日在佐世保海军造船厂开始建造。1919年7月14日下水，1920年8月31日竣工服役。1944年1月11日，球磨号作为日军航空部队鱼雷投放训练的目标舰时被英军潜艇击沉。
