2215年，也是回归历193年，希格拉的戴阿米德级战列舰二号舰”埃弗利特“号在外银河系（其实是我们所在的银河系）执行探索任务时，被地球联合国发现。双方迅速开始接触，地球联合国的一艘仙女座级被派去与”外星战舰“交流。在这之后，地球与希格拉双方正式建立关系。 而伊斯塔露级的诞生则充满了巧合：先是派往接触的那艘仙女座上的技术人员人均写轮眼，只是观察了一段时间便把戴阿米德级的蓝图逆向出了八九不离十（仅仅只是船体，希格拉的离子炮技术他们则没有抄到），而后，地球联合国在分析传回来的资料时，尴尬的发现戴阿米德级的船体根本就没有考虑过搭载轴炮的可能性——也就是说，不能装备波动炮。 但地球联合国不可能放弃...
