4W吨的德国战巡，多方糅合。主炮为4×3×283沙恩霍斯特炮，参考施里芬布局，所以叫德丽莎。副炮为10×2×128，参考埃吉尔。主炮副炮齐射角极佳，约25~30°（没仔细测过）。舰桥参考塔尔萨，吊机参考孔代/祖国，舰艉风格参考黎塞留，可以将舰艉的侦察机换成四个防空炮。缺点是装甲较弱，可以欺负巡洋舰，靠板载丢雷可以对付一众铁王八（如伊势），靠掏核心一定概率能打败衣阿华，靠吊距离（17km外对炮）有一定概率打败衣大和。所需mod：weapons、栏杆与楼梯，此外可能还有一些小件我忘了。
