舰体来自猫佬的日本大型驱逐舰舰体 “萩” 阳炎号（IJN Kagerō，かげろう）是旧日本帝国海军的阳炎型驱逐舰一番舰，舰名是指一种光通过上升的热空气时出现不规则的透射的现象。 1937年9月3日在舞鹤海军工厂开工，1938年9月27日下水，1939年11月6日竣工。 开战后为空母机动部队作护卫参加拉包尔攻略作战、斯里兰卡岛机动作战。其后参加第三次所罗门海战、塔萨法隆格夜战。1943年5月8日，输送作战时，于所罗门群岛库拉湾触水雷损伤、航行不能，被美军机攻击而战没。同年6月20日除籍
