根据 改动而来。取消了原本除中部舰岛以外的所有上层建筑，加装了两段飞行甲板和3具弹射器，更改起重机位置，同时增加了甲板飞机的容量。同时加装了5门美系152单装炮和11门点五零机枪，小幅度提升舰体自卫火力。由于改装后排水量超标，将所有32板和50板分别替换成了16板和32板。
